Changes to the Arrivals Area
Construction work will soon begin in KEF’s arrivals Area. The work takes place where the customs corridor is located – which is the corridor that airport guests walk through upon arrival to the country as they make their way from the baggage claim and the space in front of it.
These changes will cause temporary disruption, but their goal is to improve flow and comfort for all airport guests. Car rental and bus services will be relocated and grouped together in a newly redesigned area, and the convenience store in the arrivals area will also be expanded.
