ORAT Desktop trial of the ring connection

Recently, an ORAT desktop trial was conducted on one phase of the so-called ring connection in front of the airport terminal.
ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition) is an internationally recognized methodology that aims to ensure that structures, technical systems, processes and human resources are fully ready when new premises or new operations are put into use.
The method emphasizes comprehensive project management, a clear division of responsibilities and targeted testing of all key aspects of the project before operations begin.
A so-called desktop trial is carried out in such a way that representatives of the main stakeholders and users sit at a large map of the project and go through various scenarios and see how different certain situations would be handled. This way, important information is obtained about how the design meets the needs of these parties.
