Keflavik Airport, which welcomes millions of guests every year, has introduced a new and enhanced website, kefairport.com. The new site is designed with the needs of guests as a priority, aiming to simplify and improve their experience at the airport.
This is a major step for us, and we can all be very proud of this product. The project has taken some time, but the result is a user-friendly and clear website that will simplify the online experience for our guests.
Jón CleonHead of Marketing and Customer Experience at KEF

The new website is designed to meet the diverse needs of guests and make their journey more comfortable with improved user experience, clearer information, and enhanced readability.
We have done everything to ensure that the website is as convenient as possible for our guests —whether it's finding flight times, getting information about services, or anything else they need to know about their journey. Our goal was simple: to create a website that is easy to navigate and provides all necessary information in a clear manner.

The new website is the result of an extensive two-year effort, involving a comprehensive review of all content and organization of the website. During this process, the needs of guests were thoroughly analyzed. It was a large project that required extensive collaboration within Keflavik Airport, consultation with the airport community, and external experts.

The new website is the first step in the continued development of digital solutions and innovation at Keflavik Airport. Exciting changes and innovations lie ahead, aimed at further strengthening and improving the service.
