We accept all major credit cards when booking. To complete your payment, simply enter your card number, expiration date, and the security code from the back of your card.
Parking prices vary based on the length of stay and the type of parking area you book. For example, the most convenient parking options closer to the terminal are slightly more expensive than those farther away.

If you’re picking up or dropping off a passenger, the first 15 minutes are free.

Comfort parking is located at P1, right by the departure hall and is ideal for dropping off travelers. The first 15 minutes are free. - Standard – P3
Standard parking is located at P3, our most affordable option, perfect for longer trips. - Premium parking
Our Premium service offers maximum convenience. Park in a reserved area right next to the entrance, leave your keys in the key box, and your car will be waiting for you in the same spot when you return.
- Comfort – P1
Passengers with a disabled parking card can park at the P1 parking space. There are specially marked spaces. Please be aware that under no circumstances can we reserve a parking space for passengers with a disabled parking card.

P1 or P2 is ideal for picking up or dropping off a traveler. The first 15 minutes are free. If your car stays beyond the 15-minute limit, charges will apply. We recommend downloading the Autopay.io app and registering a valid credit card to avoid any service fees.
The distance from the Standard parking spaces to the airport are approximately 300 metres (328 yards).
The distance from the Comfort parking spaces to the airport are approximately 30 metres (33 yards).

Yes. Bookings can be made up to at least 2 hours prior to your arrival time.
You can update your vehicle details up to 4 hours before your booking starts. To amend your vehicle information, visit our website and follow the online instructions.
It is not possible to change your booking once parking has begun. If you arrive in a different vehicle than the one registered, the details must be updated retroactively, and a service fee of ISK 1,990 will apply.

You can feel confident when you see the "https://" in the web address and the padlock icon in your browser—this means your information is fully protected.
After completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. This email will include your booking number and receipt. Once confirmed, our system will reserve a parking space for you in the selected area for the duration of your booking. Please note that parking spaces are not individually numbered.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, don’t worry—your booking is still valid. First, check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still can’t find it, your email address may have been entered incorrectly.

There is no minimum time required to book a parking space. However, the maximum booking duration is 14 continuous weeks.
Yes, you can arrive before your booking period starts. If you enter earlier than your reserved time, charges will begin from when you arrive. Similarly, if you leave later than your reserved time, additional charges will apply.
If no reservation is made, a fixed price will be charged.
You can change or cancel your booking up to 4 hours before your scheduled arrival. To modify your booking, revisit the website where you made the reservation and follow the instructions.
Please note: if you leave the parking area and re-enter during your reservation period, it will be treated as a new transaction, and you’ll be charged according to the fixed price list.
You will be charged for the additional days in which you stay in the carpark, based on the overstay rate applicable to the carpark and airport.
Please be aware that if you have booked Meet & Greet parking and know in advance that you will be delayed, need to stay longer than expected or need to collect your car earlier than expected, please contact the Meet & Greet services to inform them of your late/early return as soon as possible.
KEF Parking guarantees that there is available parking space in the area you booked, for the period booked. Parking spaces inside the reserved area are not numbered.
Yes, you will always be able to cancel your booking. You can change or cancel your booking up until 4 hours prior to your scheduled time of arrival (according your your booking).
We will then refund your payment to the same credit card used when placing the booking.
KEF Parking is open 24/7 all year round.
There are cameras in all Isavia carparks, and our staff regularly goes around the carparks to make sure everything is safe.

KEF Parking is not responsible for damage to the cars or equipment on or in the car while in storage. If the car is in our Meet & Greet service, KEF Parking is responsible for the keys and transporting the vehicle to and from the carpark where it is stored.
There are restrictions on the weight and number of passengers for vehicles stored in our carparks. However, the airport parking spaces are only intended for private and commercial vehicles with 8 or fewer passengers and weighs less than 3.500 kg in total unless otherwise specifically stated at the entrance gate. No. We do not offer separate parking for motorcycles. Motorcycle owners are, of course, allowed to use Isavia’s parking service
Yes. We offer car key storage for a small fee. The key storage is located at the parking service desk, by the arrival station.
At this time, we do not offer car cleaning while in storage.
At this time, we do not offer extra discounts to customers, but the longer the booking notice, the better the price available to you.
